A 40 Days for Life sidewalk counselor approached a couple entering a Long Island Planned Parenthood and explained the services available at a local pregnancy center. As a result, they didn't go inside Planned Parenthood. They went to the pregnancy center instead! "A pregnancy test revealed that the woman is pregnant," wrote Michael, the local campaign leader. "The couple are choosing life!" That's not all. Michael also noted that prayer warriors referred FIVE women to the center for baby items! Casper, Wyoming
The FDA approves abortion pills for use through 10 weeks of pregnancy. Some abortion facilities stretch that to 11 or 12. An abortion business in Casper goes all the way to 13 weeks, 6 days. The good news is that volunteers in Casper said they have seen fewer visits to the abortion center in recent months. "Just two women came this morning when I left [the vigil] at 11:00 a.m.," wrote Ross, the local 40 Days for Life co-leader. "We are hopeful that this campaign will make a difference."
