Abortion thrives when it exists in the shadows and on the margins, out of sight and out of mind. That's why community outreach is so critical for reminding the public of the harm abortion causes both women and children.
During his recent trip visiting campaigns across Kansas and Missouri, 40 Days for Life general counsel Matt Britton joined the Bott Radio Network--which broadcasts on 121 stations across the country--to discuss how prayer will end abortion.
He also addressed 100 students at Benedictine College--as well as top deans and the school president.

About 100 pro-lifers attended a recent prayer rally in the Valley of the Sun. The event was headlined by Bishop John Dolan of the Diocese of Phoenix.
"I'm grateful to you for your blessing of presence; your prayers, as we begin these 40 Days for Life," Bishop Dolan encouraged attendees.
Sister Bethany Madonna told attendees how she was praying at an abortion facility when she encountered a sobbing high school classmate. The experience led her to her vocation with the Sisters of Life.
"Her cries cried out to me," Sister Bethany recalled. "The blood of her unborn child cried out to me. That day, I knew something more was being asked of my life."

Give them the strength to do what is right and the courage to risk their careers to protect the unborn. Help them to use their positions of authority to cherish and defend life in America. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
